ITALIAN INSPIRED | AMERICAN STYLE
I have alway loved shirts, going back to high-school. Appreciating not only American styles but European styles as well. One of the first things I notice in a well made shirt is the collar. The shape, size and radius of the tip...the small details. The Italians have always had a unique knack for style, design & details. I first saw a fabric (heavy-twill) vest like this in Italy 5-years ago. It was an Italian brand, made in Italy. I took a picture and kept that in the mental "design pipeline" for far too long.
I knew the design would translate over well to leather, with some tweaks. It took a while, but after a handful of samples I am proud to introduce the NEW & Exclusive Edinburgh Vest No. 104. Like the finest shirts, a fine vest is separated by the details. In the Edinburgh Vest, the pockets are what stand out to me more than anything. The shape of the flaps, the gusseting, the precise points on the flaps and the hand-cut, raw edges that lay flat and clean. It's not just style it's very much function as well.
There are several other details on this beautiful vest...the lapel, the inside leather cell-phone and snap pocket and our signature CCW pockets all make this a unique vest. At $69.+ it's a great price for a truly well-made and handsome vest.
THIS IS A BEAUTY! Really....
We will start taking orders today and close the campaign on December 1st. We will start to cut and sew early December and plan on shipping all the pre-orders 10 December.
